Acrylic on brick, 45'x25', 1988 The 5-story mural is based on a Ming Dynasty landscape painting in the Boston Museum of Fine Arts collection, which is a copy of a lost Sung Dynasty painting. The idea was, instead of outreach to encourage attendance of MFA in the neighborhood, it was to bring a work of the museum to the community.
